Tak więc można spodziewać się dwóch wersji Consumer Preview, dla osób bez Insidera (bardziej stabilne wydanie) i dla uczestników programu (więcej mniej sprawnych funkcji). W końcu po coś chcą kontynuować ten program, no chyba, że w dalszym ciągu wymagane będzie uczestnictwo w nim dla wszystkich testerów.
Wskazują na to również kanały dystrybucyjne fast i slow - od czego raczej nie odstąpią.
